During high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order is significantly delayed, we will notify you via email.

Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders.

Delivery Times: Standard delivery times vary by product origin. Our products may ship from the UK, Latvia, or USA depending on availability.

  • UK orders: 2-4 business days after dispatch
  • EU orders: 2-11 business days after dispatch
  • International orders: 3-17 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Important: Total delivery time includes our 2-5 day production period plus shipping time.


3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5. Damages
wee b00gie store is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging and damaged goods as they may be required for the claim.


6. International Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.


7. Missing or Lost Packages
wee b00gie store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
